Copiii noştri iubesc biscuiţii ăştia. Şi noi îi iubim. Se fac repede şi-i puteţi modela cu piticii. Vor sta lângă cuptor până se coc şi, mai mult, le va place să-i halească, pentru că ei i-or făcut.

Our children love these biscuits. We love them too. They are fast to prepare and you can make them together with your children. They love to help you prepare them, they will seat next to the oven until baked and more, they will love to eat them, because they made the biscuits.

Ingrediente:
– 115 g. unt la temperatura camerei
– 150 g. zahăr
– 1 ou
– 150 g. unt de arahide
– 200 g. făină
– juma de plic de praf de copt
Timp de preparare: 30 de minute

– one egg
– 150 g. peanut butter
– 200 g. white flour
– half of bag of baking powder

Se freacă untul cu zahărul 2-3 minute. Se adaugă ou’, apoi untu’ de arahide. Se cerne făina cu prafu’ de copt şi se mestecă cu compoziţia cu unt de arahide. Se formează cu palmele bile cu diametru’ de 2-3 cm care se aşază pe o tavă coperită cu hârtie de copt. Se turtesc bilele cu o furcuţă până ajung de juma de centi, dând forma unui grilaj. Se coc în cuptor la 180 de grade Celsius, vo 10 minute, apoi se scot pe un grilaj să se răcorască.

Mix the butter and sugar for 2-3 minutes. Add the egg, then the peanut butter. Sift the flour and baking powder and mix them with the peanut butter composition. Form small balls with the diameter of 2-3 cm and place them on a tray lined with baking paper. Flatten the balls helping you with a fork until their thick is approximately 0,5 cm, forming a small grille. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees, for 10 minutes, then place them on a grill to cool.
